- When it comes to shelf-stable products, of course you must freeze them after they have been opened, but tiny packets that I can store until I need them are excellent
- Richness– some products are a little too watery in their flavor. For various dishes, I want it to have a great “half and half” consistency so that it may provide body to the dish.

Whisk in the sweetener, if using, until the chocolate is completely melted and flavored to taste. Pour the chocolate mixture into the smaller mixing bowl set on top of the ice cubes and stir well.
Lite Coconut Milk or HalfHalf Substitute
Any recipe can benefit from the addition of simple unsweetened dairy-free creamer (such as nutpods Original) in place of light coconut milk or dairy half-and-half.
The optimum consistency for producing flaky, delicate, and healthful biscuits is achieved by using dairy-free creamer. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup whole wheat flour (I use white-whole wheat flour, which is whole grain), 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 3/8 teaspoon salt. This recipe makes about 6 biscuits. For sweeter biscuits, stir add 1 to 2 teaspoons of your favorite granulated sugar towards the end of the mixing process. 2 tablespoons coconut oil should be whisked in until a coarse grain develops.
Folding the dough over itself a few times will help to produce layers and bring the dough together.
Gently push the dough down to approximately 3/4-inch thickness, cut into biscuits, and arrange on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper or silicone.
Instant Vanilla Icing
Do you require a rapid drizzle? To make the frosting, place 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a mixing dish and whisk in 1 tablespoon dairy-free creamer (I like Vanilla Unsweetened) until smooth. If extra creamer is required to get a thinner consistency, add it 1/2 teaspoon at a time while whisking.
You just want to add a small amount at a time since the icing will thin down rapidly if you add more. Donut glaze, bundt cake glaze, and any other treats that may use a little something extra can all be made using this recipe.

Mock Italian Cream Sodas
Fill a glass halfway with ice and add approximately 3/4 cup sparkling fruit juice. 1 tablespoon (or more!) dairy-free creamer can be added on top. Watch as the creamy delectableness drips into your cup, then insert a straw and take a drink.

Smoothies and Shakes

To make about 8 truffles, melt 2/3 cup finely chopped dairy-free chocolate (dark or semi-sweet) with 1/4 cup dairy-free creamer in a double boiler (your choice of flavor). Whisk until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the mixture is stiff. Scoop the mixture into small balls and roll them in your hands. Roll the balls in a coating of your choice, such as cocoa powder, and set aside. To cut through the bitterness, I like to use a 50/50 mixture of cocoa powder and powdered sugar or mixed coconut sugar.
Basic White Sauce (2 options!)
A small saucepan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons dairy-free buttery spread or olive oil will produce a flexible dairy-free white sauce that can be used in a variety of dishes. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour (gluten-free if necessary) until everything is thoroughly mixed. As the mixture thickens, whisk add 1 cupOriginal Unsweeteneddairy-free creamer, stirring continually until it is smooth. If extra creamer is required to thin the mixture, do so. Season with salt, pepper, spices, herbs, or any other flavors that suit your taste.
To mix, add 1 cup of the dairy-free creamer and blend until smooth. Heat over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until the sauce has thickened to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then incorporate the desired seasonings.
You may now create your own “cream of.” oatmeal at home. Prepare your oats by adding enough water to make it pretty thick. Pour it into your bowl and top it with a tablespoon, two tablespoons, or three tablespoons of dairy-free creamer. Vanilla is my go-to flavor most of the time. Finish with whatever other tastes you choose, such as dried fruit or coconut sugar.

- Combine the milk and raisins in a sealable container or mixing bowl, and then store in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 4-5 hours. If you want, you may cook for 30 minutes on a stovetop over medium heat, stirring constantly. Please keep in mind that this technique will naturally thicken and sweeten the milk. If you don’t want to waste the raisins, you may use them as a topping for oatmeal or to sweeten smoothies instead of throwing them away. Using a fine mesh strainer, separate the raisins from the milk and discard the raisins. Over medium heat, mix 1 1/2 cups of the homemade condensed milk, extra milk, pure maple syrup, and arrowroot starch in a saucepan
