Several years ago, a paleo friend of mine introduced me to the concept of butter coffee. She began drinking butter coffee on the advise of a nutritionist since she was always seeking for ways to add more protein into her diet in order to maintain her metabolism running at peak performance.
The Beginnings of Butter Coffee
Many individuals who drink butter coffee are snobs about everything from where their coffee beans are purchased to what type of butter to use. They are also purists about coconut oil cultivation, and the list goes on. I’ve experimented with a variety of high-end speciality coffees, but I always return to my tried-and-true favorite.
